Job summary

City of Latrobe in Morwell oversees the operation of leisure centres and outdoor pools, ensuring safe, welcoming experiences for customers while supporting staff and maintaining high standards.

You will lead when a Leisure Facilities Leader is not on duty, supervise rostered staff, ensure facility safety and presentation, and respond to customer enquiries with professional service. Requires a Certificate III or IV in Fitness and strong leadership and teamwork skills.
