Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking a Retail Duty Manager for Mornington Tyabb. You will lead staff and volunteers, deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a busy community shop.

Qualifications

  • A real passion for delivering incredible customer service.
  • Retail management experience with a real focus on people.
  • Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A 'Can Do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit.
  • Good computer skills.
  • A current driver's licence (mandatory).

  • Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers.
  • Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets.
  • Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers.
  • Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods, safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg.

  • Work type: Part-time, Ongoing
  • Schedule: Thursday 8:45am – 5:15pm
  • Hourly rate: $31.11 base rate+ Tax reducing salary package

Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Mornington Tyabb. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are.
