Job description

The Flynn is a vibrant and dynamic venue located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. This iconic pub in the with bar, bistro, TAB and gaming, has recently completed its $2milllion dollar redevelopment. The team are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for our guests, combining great food, entertainment, exceptional service and we are excited to add another leader to our team.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Flynn, with a focus on dinner service and late night trade. This key position will involve managing all aspects of the venue, including gaming, bistro, and bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency and importantly, showcasing this new venue to the city. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, leading a passionate team, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
