Job summary

TH Hospitality Services’ Chinderah Tavern in NSW is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join a growing hospitality group with strong career pathways. The role requires proven leadership in high-volume pub or restaurant settings and a commitment to service, safety, and compliance.

You will lead front- and back-of-house operations, work across food & beverage, gaming, and events, and contribute to a supportive team culture with work-life balance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume pub or restaurant management.
• Strong hospitality passion and people-orientation.
• Leadership with confidence and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule for hospitality shifts.
• Willingness to learn, grow and improve daily.
• Held Australian work rights.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG, or willingness to obtain.

• Proven experience in high-volume pub or restaurant management, including bistro, bar, gaming, and compliance
• A genuine passion for hospitality and people
• Strong leadership abilities with confidence and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility - as we all know, hospitality doesn't run 9 to 5
• A willingness to learn, grow, and improve every day
• Full Australian work rights
