Caloundra RSL Club in Caloundra, QLD, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead a dynamic hospitality team. You will mentor staff, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service within a supportive management culture.

This full-time role offers a rotating roster, opportunities for career progression, and benefits including meals, gym discounts, wellness programs, free parking, and ongoing training.

• Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality
• Current qualifications - RSA, RSG, Approved Managers Licence & RMLV

Responsibilities

• Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
• Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
• Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
• Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an efficient manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
• Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task.
• Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
