Job summary

Sofitel Adelaide is seeking a Duty Manager to provide operational leadership across shifts, guiding all departments to deliver a seamless guest journey in a luxury setting.

You will foster connection, clear communication and a safe, compliant environment, supporting teams to perform at their best and handling real-time guest and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated luxury hospitality experience.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• Ability to lead hotel operations with calm confidence.
• Skilled in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office and reporting procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• RSA certification, RP certification, First Aid certifications and full driver’s license.
• Full availability over a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current RSA, RP, First Aid certification and full driver’s license
• Full availability over a 24/7 rotating roster
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
