Job summary

Roar Agency is seeking NDIS Support Workers in Queensland to provide compassionate, in‑home support and companionship. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, meal prep, household chores and personal care in a home setting.

The casual role offers a confirmed weekly roster with flexible hours, travelling between supports, and access to training and on‑call support. A valid driver’s licence is preferred; Certificate III or IV in Disability Support is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support preferred.
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centred with compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support with meals, chores and personal care.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and respect their dignity.
• Accompany clients on outings and community access activities aligned with goals.
• Document progress and liaise with the care team for coordinated support.
