Job summary

Mineral Resources (MinRes) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects spanning IT infrastructure, mining, marine and OT. You will manage cross-functional teams, govern scope, schedule and budget, and report to executives from our Perth-based Head Office with site and port travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years' project management experience, including 5+ years delivering mining, marine or OT projects.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP).
• Experience delivering software projects crossing IT, Mining, Marine and OT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects across IT, mining, marine and OT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance under MinRes framework.
• Run stage gates, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
