Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking a senior IT/PMO leader to deliver end-to-end software projects across IT, Mining, Marine and OT, based at Osborne Park with site travel. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and align benefits realisation under MinRes governance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering, PMP/PRINCE2/MSP, 10+ years in project management (5+ in relevant domains), and proven delivery of projects over $5M with multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP).
10+ years project management experience, 5+ years in mining, marine or operational systems.
Track record delivering complex technology projects over $5M in resources, mining, marine or heavy industry.
Experience delivering software projects across IT, Mining, Marine and OT.
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and diverse stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects spanning IT, mining, marine and OT.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance under MinRes framework.
Run stage gates, steering committees and executive reporting.
Build relationships with DTS, Corporate, Mining Ops, Marine Ops, HSE and partners.
Define requirements with Mining, Marine and OT engineers and ensure integration.
Oversee mining systems and logistics initiatives, and lead marine projects.
Identify and manage risks and issues; manage vendors, contractors; mentor juniors.
