Job summary

On Running is seeking a store team member in Sydney to deliver exceptional customer service, embody On’s brand values and contribute to a premium in-store experience. You will work with the store team and leadership to communicate On’s philosophy, stay informed on product details, and assist with inventory and merchandising to ensure a WOW customer journey.

Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is valued; running, fashion or sports background is preferred but not required, with strong

Qualifications

• Experience within a retail or customer facing work environment is a strong plus.
• A background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries with solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product information and On’s activities.
• Contribute feedback to store leadership to improve processes and engagement.
• Help maintain premium store visuals and brand standards.
• Assist with inventory management and product orders.
• Other duties as needed to support store success.
