Job summary

Stylerunner is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Stylerunner Warringah Mall to lead the team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and optimise day-to-day operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You are a proven leader with a passion for fashion and premium products, strong communication skills, and a track record of achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor or similar).
• Love for fashion and premium products.
• Strong communication and people leadership.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, can-do attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Willing to work Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Deliver standout customer experiences and KPI results.
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes.
• Help drive a strong, confident store culture.
• Coach casual team members and support training and development.
• Step up to run the store when needed.
• Uphold safety, compliance and visual standards.
