Job summary

Northline is seeking experienced HR/MR Drivers to join our Townsville team on the AM shift. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for local pickups and deliveries throughout the Townsville metro area, while helping to ensure freight is loaded, unloaded and delivered safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid HR or MR Driver’s Licence required.
• Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded.
• Ability to lift and manually handle freight up to 20kg.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform local pickups and deliveries across the Townsville metro area.
• Safely load and unload general, oversized, blended and long-length freight.
• Handle freight across local vehicles, linehaul trailers, mezzanine trailers and containers.
• Perform manual handling duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing local pickup and delivery runs across the Townsville metro area using company vehicles.
• Safely loading and unloading general, oversized, blended and long-length freight.
• Handling freight across local vehicles, linehaul trailers, mezzanine trailers and containers.

What You’ll Bring
