Job summary

Northline is seeking Forklift Operators for the night shift at our Brisbane depot. Casual positions available, with Sunday night to Friday: 12:24 am – 8:30 am. Please ensure you hold a valid LF forklift licence and have experience in loading/unloading general freight.

You must be able to manually handle freight up to 20 kg. Northline provides learning, training and development support, plus wellness programs and team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Experience operating a Forklift in a similar environment or industry.
• Ability to manually handle freight up to 20kg.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload a range of general freight.
• Operate forklifts safely on mezzanine and trailers.
• Ensure accurate handling of freight and adherence to safety procedures.

Shift Hours

As a Forklift Operator you will take great pride and satisfaction in the challenge and variety that Northline has to offer, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

As a Forklift Operator your duties will include

• Loading a range of general freight, including oversized, blended and long lengths;
• Loading and unload mezzanine floor trailers, line-haul trailers, local vehicles and containers;

As a successful candidate you will:

• Hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF);
• Have experience operating a Forklift in a similar environment or industry (Transport and Logistics);
• Have experience loading/unloading a variety of freight including oversized, ugly, long lengths, general and non-palletised freight;
• Be able to manually handle freight up to 20kgs.
