Job summary

Service NSW is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Officer to support Driver Testing training and capability development across NSW. You will work with frontline officers to ensure training is fair, consistent and aligned with best practice standards.

You will assist in delivering a range of training initiatives, maintain records, and contribute to continual improvement of services while traveling across New South Wales as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programs or coaching with adult learning principles.
• Ability to maintain training records and use related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver administrative services for training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design appropriate training solutions applying adult learning principles.
• Deliver driver testing training using multiple delivery modes.
• Plan and deliver administrative services to support timely training delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Update and maintain training systems and information accuracy.
• Build positive relations with team and customers to support collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of government processes and adult learning approaches.
