Supagas is seeking a motivated Driver Trainer to deliver skills-based and compliance-driven training across our New South Wales branches. You will work with the Learning & Development Manager to promote safe driving practices, with autonomy to plan and manage your schedule.

This field-based role is Sydney-based, offering travel across NSW and the opportunity to make a tangible operational impact within an essential services company.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to drivers, ideally in transport or related industries.
• Dangerous Goods (Cryogenics) experience is highly regarded.
• HR Driver Licence (MC Preferred) or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess training programs for NSW sites, focusing on safety and operational compliance.
• Review and improve training materials in line with changes in legislation and operations.
• Manage training documentation and competency profiles, monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and operational improvement.
• Track and report training outcomes in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy.
