Cleanaway, Australia's leader in sustainable waste management, is seeking an experienced HR Driver at the Swan Hill depot for full-time operations across the region.

You will operate side lift vehicles, complete safety checks, and maintain a professional image while delivering high-quality service to customers. The role requires physical fitness, commitment to safety, and a willingness to undergo pre-employment medical.

The Opportunity

Based at our Swan Hill depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: predominantly side lift also trained in hook and crane lift.


• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required


• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times


• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers


• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
