Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management Limited in Morwell is seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. Based at the Morwell depot, you will operate collection vehicles and perform routine safety checks while delivering reliable customer service across the region.

This role requires a manual workload, a Zero Harm Safety mindset, and a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

The Opportunity

Based at our Morwell depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: hook lift and front lift
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
