Job summary

Cleanaway is recruiting an experienced HR Driver based at Swan Hill to perform essential regional collection work on a permanent, full-time basis. You will operate multi-system vehicles with side lift, perform daily vehicle checks, uphold customer service standards, and comply with fatigue management rules to ensure safety and efficiency across the network.

Minimum HR licence required; physically fit with flexibility to work early shifts, including overtime when available.

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake pre-employment medical, including drug/alcohol tests.

The Opportunity

Based at our Swan Hill depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: predominantly side lift also trained in hook and crane lift.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

• Minimum HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Flexible availability

• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
