Join Cleanaway, Australia's leader in sustainable waste management, at the Tullamarine depot as a full-time HR Driver/Multi System Operator. You will safely operate rear, hook, and front lift collection vehicles, perform daily maintenance and safety checks, and maintain a professional customer-facing presence.

The role requires physical fitness, a Zero Harm safety mindset, reliability, and willingness to complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

The Opportunity

Based at our Tullamarine depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when requiredMaintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
