Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a full-time role at our Tullamarine depot, with 4am starts and overtime opportunities. You will operate rear lift, hook lift and front lift collection vehicles across the region, performing daily maintenance and safety checks to ensure safe, reliable service.

You will represent the company with a professional image and deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to Fatigue Management rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR licence required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties; role can be demanding.
• Flexible availability.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

The Opportunity

Based at our Tullamarine depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full‑time work performing essential services throughout the region.

• Full‑time permanent role – Tullamarine
• 4 am starts + opportunity for overtime
• $40.48 ph + super + monthly RDO’s

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high‑quality customer service at all times
• Comply with systems and standards set for internal and external customers
• Adhere to all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
