Job summary

Cleanaway Bathurst NSW is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a full-time permanent role based at the Bathurst depot. You will safely operate rear lift, hook lift and front lift vehicles, perform daily checks and maintain a professional, high‑quality standard of service.

The ideal candidate has a minimum HR licence, is physically fit and flexible, with a Zero Harm mindset. Pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing is required, and you will join a growing, ASX-listed company

The Opportunity

Based at our Bathurst depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

• Minimum HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Flexible availability
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
