Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Hobart is seeking a casual Multi System Operator/Truck Driver to perform essential waste collection duties from our Hobart depot. You will operate various rear-lift trucks, load and unload commercial waste, and deliver to recycling and disposal facilities with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Driver - Multi System Operator

• Casual Driving Role - Cambridge Hobart
• Dayshift early morning start
• Good Hourly Rate $40.75

The Opportunity

Based at our Hobart depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Driver/Heavy Vehicle Driver for casual work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you drive various truck - predominately rear lift

• Safe operations of collection vehicles
• Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste, material or consignment.
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

About You

• Current HR licence
• Clean Driving record
• A professional presentation and manner with strong customer service ethic
• Good team attitude, reliable and willing to learn.
• A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
