Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an HR Driver based in Kalgoorlie to safely operate a range of waste collection vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. Your day includes vehicle checks, transporting loads to facilities, and maintaining vehicle presentation in a safety‑driven environment.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll join a supportive team with overtime opportunities and a quarterly retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted HR Licence (minimum requirement).
• Live local to Kalgoorlie region.
• Experience driving a variety of trucks.
• A clean driving record.
• Availability to work early morning starts.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test, and National Police Check (paid by Cleanaway).

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of waste collection vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle checks.
• Transport loads to recycling and disposal facilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow all fatigue management and safety requirements.

As an HR Driver, you'll safely operate a range of collection vehicles while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your day will include:
