Job summary

JobAdder Operations Pty is seeking experienced Blast Hole Drillers to join upcoming mining and civil projects across Western Australia. This role offers challenging drilling work and a safety‑focused team environment.

You will operate T45 or D65 rigs, maintain high productivity, and ensure compliance with site plans and blasting specifications. A Full Australian Driver's Licence is required; HR licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blast hole drilling rigs.
• Full Australian Driver's Licence is mandatory.
• HR Licence desirable.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate blast hole drill rigs safely and efficiently.
• Achieve daily drilling productivity targets.
• Interpret site plans and blasting specifications.
• Assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of drill rigs.
• Support other drill and blast activities as required.

We are currently seeking experienced Blast Hole Drillers to join upcoming mining and civil projects across Western Australia. This is a great opportunity for experienced drillers looking for their next project, with the chance to work as part of a professional and safety-focused team.

What You'll Do:

• Operate blast hole drill rigs safely and efficiently
• Achieve daily drilling productivity targets
• Interpret site plans and blasting specifications
• Assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of drill rigs
• Support other drill and blast activities as required
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and site procedures

What You Bring:

• Previous Blast Hole Drilling experience operating a T45 or D65
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• HR Licence desirable
• Strong safety awareness and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Current National Police Clearance
