Job summary

BWE Drilling – Drill & Blast is seeking a capable field operator to join our on-site team in Western Australia. You will contribute to daily drill productivity targets and assist with site plans and blasting specifications, helping maintain drill rigs and supporting other drill and blast site activities.

The role requires a HR or higher licence, a clean National Police Clearance, and willingness to participate in 2/2 rosters from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience with blast hole drilling and drilling rigs.
• HR or higher driver’s licence desirable.
• Clean National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily drill productivity targets.
• Interpret site plans and blasting specifications.
• Assist in the upkeep of drill rigs.
• Support other drill and blast site activities as required.
