Ranger Exploration Drilling Pty Ltd in Western Australia seeks a Driller's Offsider for a FIFO 2:1 roster. This entry-level position is designed to develop future Drillers, Supervisors and leaders, with strong focus on safety and on-the-job training on modern rigs across top exploration projects.

The role supports safe drilling operations, assists with rig movement, sample collection and routine maintenance, and offers a clear path for career progression in a Perth-based mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining or drilling is advantageous, but not essential.
• Right attitude, work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the movement, setup and operation of drill rigs.
• Collecting, handling and recording geological samples.

About the Role

As a Driller's Offsider, you'll be an essential part of the drilling crew and play a key role in delivering safe and productive drilling operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the movement, setup and operation of drill rigs
