Job summary

SRG Global Mining Services is seeking Grade Control Driller's Offsiders to join our Mining - Drill and Blast team in WA on a FIFO basis from Perth, with a 2:1 roster across dayshift and nightshift.

You will help prepare RC machinery, support operations, collect essential data, maintain records and uphold safety and efficiency standards while working with a professional team that values clear communication and high-quality equipment.

Qualifications

• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual) required.
• Ability to perform labouring duties.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with teamwork.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and set up RC machinery and equipment for operations.
• Provide on-the-ground support during RC operations, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and operational performance.

SRG Global Mining Services is looking for Grade Control Driller's Offsiders to our Mining - Drill and Blast team in WA across the Goldfields. This will be an ongoing full-time position, FIFO from Perth and working a 2:1 roster, dayshift and nightshift.

The Grade Control Driller's Offsider plays a vital role in supporting accurate and efficient drilling operations aimed at delineating ore bodies or construction grades.

This role assists in ensuring precise drilling placements and collects essential data to guide mining or construction activities effectively.
