Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Fire Protection Drafter/Designer to join our Sydney team on a permanent basis. You will produce detailed fire protection drawings from concept through to construction, collaborating with experienced designers and project managers.

You'll contribute to wet and dry systems, read architectural and engineering drawings, and ensure compliance with Australian standards while supporting the wider design team with technical documentation and design coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Fire Protection drafting or design.
• Experience with AutoCAD is essential.
• Revit experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Fire Protection systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Someone keen to continue developing their technical and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed Fire Protection drawings and documentation.
• Drafting and designing wet and/or dry fire protection systems.

• Updating drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

We're working with multiple established Fire Protection contractors who are looking for Drafters / Designers to join their teams on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Fire Protection drafting who wants to take the next step, develop their design capabilities and work across a variety of commercial projects or seasoned designers looking for a new challenge.

You'll be working closely with experienced designers, project managers and the wider delivery team, helping produce accurate and practical fire protection designs from concept through to construction.
