Job summary

iContracting Group is recruiting an experienced All Rounder Operator for fixed plant earthworks in Western Australia. You will operate excavator, dozer, grader, loader, tipper and watercart with tickets essential. HR licence and full Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• HR licence or higher and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience operating excavator, dozer, grader, loader, tipper and watercart.
• Minimum 2–3 years earthworks operating experience.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and have full Australian working rights.
• Strong safety-first mindset and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed plant earthworks equipment on site (excavator, dozer, grader, loader, tipper, watercart).
• Maintain safe work practices and effective communication with team and site supervisors.
• Support training, development and efficiency on current and upcoming projects.

About The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced All Rounder Operator for fixed plant earthworks. Ideally you will have experience on Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Tipper and Watercart. Tickets essential. Excellent communication, positive attitude, great work ethic, enjoy variety with strong safety-first mindset.

About You

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence - HR required
• Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Tipper and Watercart experience
• Grader Experience - Essential
• Must have all relevant Tickets
• Minimum 2-3 years earthworks operating experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Full Australian Working Rights
