Job summary

iContracting Group is seeking a Crushing and Loader Operator to support civil earthworks and mining projects in Australia. You will feed and operate mobile crushing plants and assist with prestart checks and maintenance, using a CAT 980 Loader.

We value teamwork, strong time management, and a minimum of 3 years operator experience. HR license, White Card, and Australian working rights are essential requirements, with day shift roster on a 2/2 cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience feeding and operating mobile crushing plants.
• Ability to assist with plant maintenance and prestart activities in a mobile crushing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed and operate mobile crushing plants and assist with crusher prestart checks.
• Operate CAT 980 Loader for stockpile handling.
• Contribute to maintenance and prestart tasks as required.
• Work on a 2/2 roster, day shift schedule.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Crushing and Loader Operator. Experience in crushing feeding stockpile and tailing from plant. Must be able to operate CAT 980 Loader and assist with crusher prestart checks and maintenance.

• 2/2 roster
• Day shift only

About You

• Must have experience feeding and operating mobile crushing plants
• Prepared and competent to assist with maintenance and plant prestart activities in mobile crushing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Minimum 3 years operator experience
• Must have relevant licenses and tickets essential
• HR license essential
• White Card essential
• Australian working rights essential
