Job summary

Silverstrand is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to support a complex DIDO Gas Power Plant Project from Brisbane to Dalby. This role involves operating a Concrete Boom Pump and line pump, with emphasis on a 20m pump or larger for the project starting in October.

Camp accommodation, meals and bus transport from Brisbane Airport to camp are provided. Must pass a Pre-Employment medical (including D/A test).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the civil construction industry.
• HR Driver's Licence - Required.
• White Card.
• High Risk Concrete placing boom ticket - required.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment medical (including D/A test).

Responsibilities

• Assist with FRP formwork walls, slabs and footings.
• Operate concrete pumps (20m pump or larger).
• Set up and complete projects from start to finish.
• Perform prep work, boxing, basic formwork, screeding, and trowel operation as needed.
• General labouring as required.

Silverstrand is seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operators to support a complex DIDO Gas Power Plant Project.

BIBO project from Brisbane to Dalby.

2/1 Roster - Start - October

$51.30 P/H + Penalties + Allowances ($5.50 P/H site allowance)

SEQ workers only. Camp Accommodation, Meals and Bus from Brisbane Airport to Camp provided.

Must complete - Pre-Employment Medical (including D/A test).

Scope of works for Pump to assist with - FRP Formwork Walls, Slabs, Footings, etc.

Concrete Pump Operator must have the following skills/experience:

• Experience with Operating a Concrete Boom Pump and line pump
• Confident operating both a 20m pump or larger
• Min5+ years in the civil construction industry
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Ability to undertake start to finish setup and completion of projects
• Able to do prep work, box up, basic formwork, screeding, operating of trowel machine, pour - if required
• General Labouring - if required
