Job summary

National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading not-for-profit funding breast cancer research to achieve Zero Deaths. NBCF invites two Supporter Services Executives to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality donor care via phone, email and digital channels.

You will manage donor inquiries, process donations, maintain supporter records and support retention initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a contact centre or high-volume support environment.
• Confident handling inbound phone enquiries and written communications.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with data and administrative tasks.
• Experience using CRM systems; Raiser’s Edge highly regarded.
• Proactive, reliable and autonomous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive team player who collaborates and supports others.
• Aligned with NBCF's mission and passionate about donors' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound donor enquiries via phone, email and supporter inboxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and donor care across all interactions.
• Process donations, supporter requests and related administration accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct outbound donor stewardship calls, including thank you and donor engagement.
• Maintain accurate donor records within the CRM system.
• Manage supporter tickets and inbox enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Support donor retention initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
• Assist with reporting, process improvements and general team administration.
• Build strong relationships with donors, supporters and internal stakeholders.
