ARC in Osborne Park is hiring a friendly Contact Centre Superstar on a casual basis. You’ll make and receive calls with supporters, donors and community members, delivering friendly, professional service. Work 30–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at $34–$36 per hour with super, plus OTE $3,000–$5,000 p.a.

Qualifications

• Casual role with commitment to 25+ hours/week.
• Experience in call centres or fundraising is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with supporters, donors and community members.
• Acquire new Regular Giving donors and re-engage previous supporters.
• Build genuine relationships and create positive supporter experiences.
• Listen carefully to donor needs and motivations with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle objections and inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Record donor information accurately and maintain CRM records.
• Represent charities professionally with integrity and empathy.
• Develop communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
