Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking a Team Member to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and achieve service level targets through delivery excellence. You will manage a variety of documents for blue chip and government clients with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.

You’ll work on document sorting, scanning, archiving, and reporting tasks, supporting a professional team within Canon.

Qualificações

• Experience in sorting, scanning and archiving documents.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in handling files.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sort and prepare documents for scanning.
• Scan documents using desktop and track scanners.
• Archive and retrieve documents.
• Create and maintain production reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and Canon staff.
• Provide timely and accurate input into all reports.
