The principal objectives of this position are:
Compile and create Certificates of Origin
Liaise with Client for efficient Certificate of Origin completion
Liaise with Warehouse Team and Client regarding cargo requiring Permits/Inspection
Register and actively follow up Permits/Inspections
Coordinate with Warehouse 3PL Lead on handover of Permits/Inspection certificates and close off registration in system
Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company
Data input as appropriate and as required
Engagement as may be required in Business Continuity Planning/Response
Acting safely always to ensure you own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health and safety targets
Undertaking any such other task as may be required for the development and promotion of Blue Water Shipping business activity and for which appropriate support will be provided
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Complete understanding of BWS values
English spoken and written - CEFR Level 5
IT - Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook
Data compiling and processing skills through Excel
Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance
Must have the right to live and work in Australia
