Job summary

Eaton’s ANZ Electrical Systems division seeks a Document Controller - Prefabrication & Integration PMO across Australia and New Zealand. You will own end-to-end document control, manage registers and workflows, and coordinate submissions through client systems throughout project lifecycles.

Lead manufacturing data reports, audits, and closeout documentation while ensuring revision control and metadata accuracy for multiple contracts. Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Document Controller or similar in engineering or heavy construction.
• Experience with electronic document management systems and client portals.
• Ability to create and improve document workflows, master registers and templates.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end document control and governance across project packages.
• Manage master registers, transmittals, and submissions via client platforms.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers and coordinators to track reviews and deadlines.
• Lead compilation of Manufacturing Data Reports and project closeout documentation.
• Perform internal audits of directories, ensure naming conventions and access compliance.
