Qualifications

• Experience with document control processes and information management.
• Pre-employment checks including national police check and misconduct screening will be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage documents to support project day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate review, approval and distribution of documents and contractor submissions.
• Ensure version control, naming conventions, filing structures and document governance.
• Prepare reporting on status, trends and performance of document control processes for senior management.
