Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to join our 18-month contract, reporting to the Lead Document Controller. You will ensure project documents, drawings and records are managed consistently in line with client requirements and formal processes.
You will establish registers, coordinate with project teams and clients, develop and maintain control systems, train users and drive continuous improvement in documentation workflows.

Our Document Control team form an integral part of our Systems and Improvement team, who are responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of Enerven’s Quality Management System. This is a high performing and highly valued team, who play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you and the team will be responsible for ensuring Enerven system and project documents, drawings and records are managed consistently and in line with formal management processes, client requirements and controls.

This role is offered as an 18-month term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
You’re a real stickler for detail and thrive in a fast-paced project environment. You enjoy the nitty gritty - spotting gaps and errors, finding what others miss, and making sure documentation is accurate, complete and in order. You’re comfortable working on repetitive, ongoing tasks and have the focus and persistence to see them through.
You’re curious, not afraid to ask questions and comfortable working with people across the business. You know when it’s time to put your headphones on and get in the zone, and when it’s time to step out of your shell to be a collaborative team member or engage with stakeholders to keep projects moving.
