Enerven is delivering a major Substation Upgrade project in Marsden Park, NSW. The Construction Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support toProject Managers, Engineers and site teams, coordinating documentation, logistics and communications to keep the project on track.

In this 24-month contract, you will coordinate travel, procurement support, and site resources while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams in a busy environment.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Keen eye for detail and a pride in accurate work.
• Comfortable using a range of systems to keep projects on track.
• Confident communicator and reliable team player.
• Proactive and adaptable, willing to roll up sleeves.
• Certificate III in Business would be an advantage; driver's licence essential.

About the role

Join our Delivery team on a major Substation Upgrade project in Marsden Park. This is a major infrastructure project that will strengthen the NSW electricity network and support the transition to a more reliable, sustainable energy future.

As the Construction Site Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the project, providing essential administrative support that keeps the site running efficiently. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and corporate support teams, you'll coordinate documentation, logistics and site administration to help ensure the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

Day to day you will:

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams
• Support procurement activities and the management of site resources and PPE
• Maintain project data and provide administrative support that keeps construction projects running efficiently

This is a project-based opportunity supporting the Marsden Park project and is offered as a 24-month term contract.

You're a highly organised administrator who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

• A keen eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Comfortable using a range of systems to keep projects organised and on track
• A team player who communicates confidently and builds strong working relationships
• Proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team
• A Certificate III in Business would be an advantage
• A current driver's license is essential
