Job summary

Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to join the Quality team in NSW. The role focuses on managing all documents within the quality management system and ensuring regulatory compliance across processes.

You will establish control procedures, manage document lifecycles, train staff, and conduct audits to drive continual improvement. Onsite location at Eastern Creek supports efficient collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Science or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review, editing, and formatting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain document control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival, according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate documents for review and approval, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Conduct periodic audits of document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support document control activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
