Job summary

Vitex Pharmaceuticals in Eastern Creek, NSW, is seeking a talented Process Control Officer to join our fast-paced Quality team. You will monitor manufacturing processes, perform inspections, analyse data trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to uphold SOPs, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyse data and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure SOPs, safety and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and processes.
• Analyse process data and identify root causes to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process improvements.
• Provide training and support on process control procedures.
• Participate in commissioning and validation of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process control activities.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, instrumentation, and process parameters to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement
• Analyse process data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on process control procedures and best practices
• Participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of process control activities

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
