Based at Eastwood with flexible work-from-home options, the role includes maintaining rosters, training schedules and doctor portal resources.

You will coordinate leave, availability and reporting, ensuring timely updates in QGenda and related systems.

Jones Radiology is looking for a highly organised and people-focused Doctor Workforce Coordinator to support the smooth coordination of our doctor workforce across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Based at Eastwood, with some flexibility to work from home by agreement, this is a practical, hands-on role supporting doctor rosters, leave, workforce information, professional development activities and doctor portal resources.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Doctor Group, you will prepare, maintain and publish doctor rosters, coordinate leave and availability, keep QGenda and related systems up to date, and help ensure our doctors, clinics and operational teams have the information they need.

You will also help maintain the doctor portal and support professional development activities, including schedules, training requirements, status updates and routine reporting. As doctor rosters can change at short notice, some out-of-hours availability will be required to manage urgent changes such as sick or personal leave.

About You

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, medical administration or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear, respectful communication skills and confidence working with doctors, clinic teams and internal stakeholders.
• Good judgement, discretion and a professional approach to confidential information.
• A calm, practical approach to solving problems and managing last-minute changes.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and rostering or scheduling systems; QGenda experience would be highly regarded.
• Healthcare, medical imaging, specialist consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous.
• A warm, service-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting doctors and teams to work well together.
