Job summary

Jones Radiology in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical radiography roles and senior appointments. You’ll manage a Recruitment Officer, set priorities, and collaborate with modality leaders to attract top talent.

You'll design sourcing strategies, advise on market conditions, build interviewer capability, oversee checks and onboarding, and deliver induction on day one to ensure a positive new-starter experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Positive, proactive attitude and collaborative team player.
• End-to-end recruitment across sourcing, assessment, interviewing and onboarding.
• Track record building recruitment strategies for key roles.
• Confident advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Expr3ss!).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, warm communication in writing and speech.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.

About the Role

Join our People Services team as a Recruitment & Talent Specialist and help shape how Jones Radiology attracts and hires great people.

You’ll lead recruitment end to end across the business, from specialised technical roles like radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists and registered nurses, through to senior corporate and leadership appointments. You’ll also lead our graduate radiographer program, working closely with modality leaders and senior stakeholders.

With a Recruitment Officer reporting to you, you’ll set priorities, oversee their work and coach them as they grow, while partnering with leaders across the business.

Alongside that, you’ll also be:

Designing sourcing and attraction strategies that work in a competitive market

Advising leaders on role requirements and market conditions

Building hiring manager capability in interviewing and selection, so decisions are consistent and fair

Overseeing recruitment processes, including pre-employment checks and onboarding

Personally delivering induction for every new starter, presenting on day one and making sure their first experience of Jones Radiology is a good one

Strengthening our processes, templates and recruitment reporting

Managing relationships with job boards, agencies and our ATS provider

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment advisor or talent acquisition role
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Strong end to end recruitment capability across sourcing, assessment, interviewing and onboarding
• A track record of building recruitment strategies for key and critical roles
• Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, with the judgement to know when to push back
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Expr3ss!) and recruitment platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
• Clear, warm communication, written and verbal
• Be organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain them
