Job summary

Jones Radiology seeks a highly organised Doctor Workforce Coordinator to support rostering, leave management and workforce information across South Australia and the Northern Territory. Based at Eastwood with flexible work-from-home options, the role includes maintaining rosters, training schedules and doctor portal resources.

You will coordinate leave, availability and reporting, ensuring timely updates in QGenda and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or similar coordination role.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear, respectful communication with doctors, clinic teams and stakeholders.
• Discretion with confidential information and professional approach.
• Calm, practical problem-solving for last-minute changes.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and rostering systems; QGenda experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and publish doctor rosters.
• Coordinate leave and availability, keep rostering systems up to date.
• Support doctor portal resources and related information.
• Assist professional development activities, schedules and training requirements.
• Provide routine reporting and status updates to teams.
• Manage out-of-hours changes for urgent leave or availability.
