Jones Radiology is a doctor-owned radiology practice across South Australia and the Northern Territory. The Doctor Workforce Coordinator will manage rosters, leave and availability, and keep QGenda and related systems up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisation, detail-orientated with ability to manage priorities.
• Clear, respectful communication with doctors and internal stakeholders.
• Discretion with confidential information; professional approach.
• Comfort using rostering systems; QGenda familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and publish doctor rosters across SA and NT.
• Coordinate leave, availability and related workforce information.
• Maintain the doctor portal and support development activities.
• Provide routine reporting and manage last-minute changes out of hours.
