St Patrick's Primary, Guildford is seeking a Diversity Leader (Coordinator 2) to join as a temporary full-time role for 2027. You will support inclusive teaching practices and work with teachers, families, and support services to meet diverse learning needs.

As Diversity Leader, you will contribute to school leadership, mentor teachers, coordinate personalised planning, and oversee NCCD work to strengthen inclusive practices and a faith-filled learning environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to collaborate with families and support services.
• Strong data literacy and ability to use student data for planning.

Responsabilidades

• Using targeted feedback and learning data to inform differentiated teaching programs.
• Mentoring and coaching teachers to implement adjustments and interventions.
• Coordinating personalised planning with families and other stakeholders to develop and review plans.
• Identifying and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, support services and agencies to respond to student needs.
• Overseeing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) with teacher support.
• Working with the Leadership Team to strengthen inclusive practices across the school.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and faith-filled learning environment.

About the opportunity

As Diversity Leader (Coordinator 2) at St Patrick's Primary, Guildford, you will contribute to school leadership and build teacher capacity to support students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include:

• Using targeted feedback and student learning data to inform differentiated teaching programs that cater for the needs of all students.

• Mentoring and coaching teachers to implement appropriate adjustments and interventions for students at the point of need.

• Coordinating the personalised planning process and collaborating with teachers, families and other stakeholders to develop, implement and review personalised plans.

• Identifying and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, support services and agencies to respond to student needs, including providers of diagnostic testing and assessment.

• Overseeing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD), including supporting teachers with evidence collection and documentation.

• Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to strengthen inclusive practices across the school.

• Promoting a positive, inclusive and faith-filled learning environment.
