• Proven sales leadership and team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five Business Development Executives.
• Drive sales, profitability, RED scores and execution KPIs across the territory.
• Coach and develop team members through in-field rides and training.
• Build strong and sustainable customer relationships.
• Execute channel and customer strategies in line with business priorities.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities for customers and CCEP.
• Drive compliance, execution excellence and commercial discipline.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Create a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
