Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Adelaide is seeking a Sales Manager for SA/NT to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer partnerships across the territory. You will coach and develop the team, execute channel strategies, and travel regularly to Alice Springs for three days each month to support growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Executives and Merchandisers.
• Drive sales, execution, and financial performance across your territory. Build strong and sustainable customer relationships that support mutually beneficial growth.
• Execute channel and customer strategies to deliver outstanding in-market results.
• Monitor performance against key sales and execution targets and drive accountability within your team.
• Conduct regular field coaching and training to support capability development and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Develop and execute territory plans to identify, prioritise and convert growth opportunities.
