Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Australia. Working closely with Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams, you will coordinate domestic and export orders, manage shipment requirements and support strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You’ll coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely delivery, prepare export shipping documentation, monitor DIFOT, and work with 3PL warehouses.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and export orders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.
• Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively resolve order issues.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding order releases and invoicing.
• Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Logistics to align shipments with schedules.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our Logistics, Planning, Production and Customer teams, you will coordinate domestic and export orders, manage shipment requirements and support strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Prepare export shipping documentation and manage shipment requirements.

Monitor DIFOT performance and proactively resolve order issues.

Coordinate with 3PL warehouses regarding order releases and invoicing.

Liaise with customers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to manage priorities.

Work closely with Production Planning and Logistics to ensure shipments align with agreed schedules.

What you’ll bring

Experience in logistics, distribution, customer service or supply chain, ideally within FMCG.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
