Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Distribution Lead for a 12-month maternity leave contract to coordinate domestic and export distribution activities. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will lead a small team and work closely with warehousing, transport providers, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You will coach three Distribution Officers, maintain service performance, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a distribution or logistics team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with transport providers, warehousing and customer fulfilment.
• This is a 12‑month maternity leave contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of three Distribution Officers.
